Problem

Producing a finished video from a concept normally means stitching together separate tools for scripting, shot generation, sequencing, and editing by hand.

What I built

An AI video pipeline that goes from concept to finished cut — generating shots, sequencing them, and assembling a final video end-to-end.

System & workflow

A staged pipeline that takes a concept as input, generates the individual shots needed to tell it, sequences those shots into a coherent order, and assembles the final cut automatically.

My contribution

Designed and built the full pipeline, from shot generation through sequencing and final assembly.

Challenges & decisions

Keeping generated shots visually and narratively coherent once they're sequenced together, rather than reading as disconnected clips.
